At obdstardiag.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to issue a refund.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to us. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the item back to us in original packaging and make sure that any accessories, manuals, and documentation are also included. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item within 3 business days of receiving your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Defective items
If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please notify us right away so we can correct the issue as soon as possible and provide you with a satisfactory resolution, which may include a refund, exchange or discount on a future purchase.
